I believe we had a "poor and talentless" thread a while back, now we have the "poor and talented" thread, so I felt we should strive for symmetry and completeness and thus added the "rich and talented" thread. I would add the "rich and talentless" thread but I figure land traders take enough heat as it is without me setting up a straight line like that. _____________________
