Hi,

I have lovely individuals who like to put their tipjars in my store. So of course I report it. In Report tool It lets you select the object, include a screenshot, location and write the issue down. I have done this multiple time. I take a picture...select the object using hte reporting tool (which tells the lindens about the object) then return the object because I'm sure as hell not leaving it there.

Everytime I get back an e-mail saying "No Transaction Content"

What?!...

ok, then what is that tool for? Why do i select an object for you? Why do I take a picture? Why do I write anything.

I am not going to leave the object there. I even asked a Linden if it was ok to return it because I wanted this Tip Jar crap to stop. They told me the Abuse report tools contain enough information if you select the object, etc.

Ok then... Since this has happened to me mulitple times, I know I am not making a mistake here... I know I select the object correctly etc.

I think there is something Effed up with your Abuse report tool.

Please take a look at it.

*patpats Johnny* A lot of us who have filed AR's recently have had this happen. My suggestion is to post this exact info on the SL Answer's thread and see if one of the Linden's can answer it. I've filled out two of them and both came back with that kind of response.

If you can, turn on the autoreturn. If you can't, get ahold of the people/person you are renting from, explain the situation and see if they can be banned from your area. It is obvious that they aren't there to actually shop, so you wouldn't be losing income from them.

If you want an official response, posting it here, right now... well, your chances of getting an actual response from the Linden's is none. They are closing General, sometime today. So, if you have issues, post them in SL Answers, or call their support line.
