Deletions?

Just a quick question. I replied in a thread earlier today. In this instance, to do with Gorean sims. I log back in this afternoon, and see that whilst a lot of the "I support etc" threads have been moved to off topic. The thread (which I'm sorry, I can't recall the title of), has simply gone. With no indication of why or where. Not locked, or moved, but deleted. Does this happen often? Many thanks.

Sometimes threads will get taken into limbo to give the mods a chance to read over the whole thread before making a determination on if warnings should be given and/or what should or should not be edited from the thread. Sometimes the thread comes back, sometimes not. It depends on how much is left of it after slicing and dicing.

EDIT TO ADD: And this doesn't happen often. It has to be a pretty rough thread before they usually take this action.
