Just before i logged off i set auto return on my land and it returned all my items not set to group, some of which, when rezzed returned the error "Item something or other cannot be found in database." Are the items in the asset server going to be restored or have i just lost 50% of my shop...?

Unfortunately, I doubt even the Linden's know that.

I'll hope with ya though. Anyone losing anything through this sucks.

If they end up rolling stuff back, of course how much and what is lost will largely depend upon how far back they have to go. Sometimes a sim roll back individually can be done to fix things after the fact. Never hurts to ask, I figure, if done nicely.

I'm just glad I'm not answering the phone lines at LL today. My sympathies.

File bug reports with UIDs of the objects and textures that have gone amiss. I think they restored the few that I reported or I got lucky and the system remembered where it put them by this morning.

file bug reports, get as many concrete details as possible: location, lot name, IDs, inventory names etc.
