Just to see. ![]() Responding to your requests/demands is something we definitely hope to get to very soon. While I'm not aware of it being at the top of anyone's to-do lists at the moment, I'm sure someone will get around to it at some point. _____________________

Interesting shape so far, although I'll be interested to see if all the "demand on pain of loss of trust" folks really do go through with their loss of trust (ie, not filing their updated CC number)

Dear Second Life Resident:
Thank you for contacting Second Life Security. Your request/demand regarding an independant audit has been received and ignored. Inquiries received during working hours will likely receive a very quick confirmation that this has been ignored; inquiries received after hours or on the weekend might have a wait a bit longer to be ignored, probably until the next business month. Your request has been assigned an ID of [rt.lindenlab.com #666]. In World Help Second Life’s Live Help system gives you instant access to knowledgeable Second Life Residents who have volunteered to help ignore your requests/demands. You can make a Live Help audit demand by selecting Live Help from the in-world Help menu in the upper-right of your Second Life screen and they will refer you to us where we can ignore you. Common Wisdom The answers to many frequently (and more than a few not-so-frequently ) ignored requests/demands can be located at the Second Life Website and the Second Life Knowledge Base at http://www.secondlife.com/oh_2_ignore_it. The Website and Forums are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week unless we have closed them. Best, security@secondlife.com _____________________

Dear Second Life Resident: Thank you for contacting Second Life Security. Your request/demand regarding an independant audit has been received and ignored. Well, this is what the "would be nice to demand but we can't really" answer was for. To make a real demand people would have to either remove their CC details or contact Visa (and in the latter case they probably already know) |

Well, if it really comes to that, people have to start either removing their CC details or contacting Visa. Now Visa could make such a demand - as could the people who just pumped in a few Million dollars... Us little people ...NO WAY _____________________

Dear SL resident, thank you for supplying us with another coaster for our coffee mugs, we have almost exhausted the last stack from AR and account password change requests. We assure you that someone will look into this matter on the highly unlikely chance that this coaster does not disintergrate in roughly 4 hours due to excessive spillage from various coffee mugs. |
