Since yesterday, I have had parts of sims disappear. They show on the map and others can see them. If I try to enter them, I am kicked off. I cannot access Live help. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this? Or what the problem may be?

To save yourself some headache, try uninstalling and reinstalling SL. If that doesn't work, check to make sure your video drivers are up to date.
Reason I'm suggesting this is because that's what Support would get you to do first. If neither of those things work, I'd suggest calling Support.

Thank you for your assistance. The uninstalling and reinstalling did not work. I was able to contact a Linden in- world --not sure if naming them is proper -- this Linden walked me through a number of options. Between the two of us, we worked it out. Again, thank you for your reply.
