is there a ways to run two accounts on sl at the same time on one puter? like in two windows?

Yes....
Right click your shortcut and go to properties
Find the Target line and add an [space] multiple to the end of it so it looks something like "C:\Program Files\SecondLife\SecondLife.exe" -multiple
You will need to redo this everytime there is a new update though.

On a good computer, you can probably run two instances of SL (i.e. have two accounts logged in at once). Things will be laggy, but it will work. More than two instances, good luck with that! :D

if you minimize all but 1 you should have very little lag. at least i find that true for me

You can do it, some people claim to be able to run 5 at the same time.

With 1.7 I could run two windows and keep things smooth in them, but in 1.8 the second instance of SL runs like a slug glued to the floor (this is probably an issue with my system). YMMV.
