I changed my password, but when I tried login in it said I have to change my password again. I tried changing my password again and answered wrong on the questions, doh! Now it just says I have to call customer service. Anyone else have the same problem? Does it eventually accept the new password?

try your old password

when I reset mine, it didn't work either. On a hunch, I tried my old password. It worked.
(I then went into my account and changed the password -- and tested it).
