There seems to be a case of double billing the group liabilities, see Second Life Answers, it seems also not to be an isolated incident, so please do check your transaction histories and see if u have been billed yesterday and today.

My parcel directory fee has been charged twice too. As you say, both yesterday and today.

Yup same here. I share group land with 2 other people.. 2 of us have been charged 10L two days in a row - so I'm guessing the 3rd person was charged as well but she hasn't been online lately to ask.
