I wanted to share that I succesfully used the new Land Sale tools to sell a piece of land! My biggest fear when using the new screen was change. Everything is so new and completely different when it comes to the new feature. Since I knew that this was unfamiliar territory I tooked my time to study the page.
I noticed that there were three separate sections. Each section had a HUGE decision that I would have to make. I'm a fair person (sometimes *grins*) and priced the land at 4.9/sqm. In the next section I needed to decide who my intended buyer would be. I didn't have a specific person in mind so I chose to set the land to sell for anyone. The last section was probably the easiest for me to complete because I had no objects on the land.
The reminder at the bottom of the screen got me all worried inside. "All sales are final" I made sure to double check all of my preferences just to make sure that I was doing what I wanted to do. I felt comfortable with all of my decisions and the check marks next to each section confirmed that I've done everything I needed to do to sell my land.
20 minutes after hitting the Set Land For Sale button my land sold!
TY Linden, TY Buyer, and best of all TY Torley!

You know, there's nothing admirable in taking advantage of people just because they're easy to take advantage of. Just sayin.

So now that you're not sitting there punching the refresh land sales button over and over and over, we can expect more pithy commentary from you?
