I really really hate the new inventory system!!

It is frustratingly impossible to find a damn thing in inventory now that they've changed it! If anyone knows how to change it back to the way it was before they 'fixed' it, please let me know! And dear GOD ! I can only hope and dream they decide to change it back to the way it was, or at least to something a lot better than it is now. Anyone else having this frustration?

Please share this with your loved ones and friends who are also affected. There are more bugs we know of too... like the "Scrollbar repeatedly resets to position of first search match when it's streaming or when a Friend comes online" which has to do with focus not switching as expected. These will be fixed ASAP too.

Any other bugs that aren't nailed down to the floor and squished (in a gory Stephen Kingesque fashion), please use HELP menu > REPORT BUG to send a solid reproduction of the steps you did to make it happen.

I know what a hunger there is for information so I wanted to share this right away; I'd feel so guilty if you guys didn't know relief was on the way soon. :/

Assuming that those changes are made the new inventory systrem will still suck. The new search function is nearly uesless. What good is having an inventory if you cant quickly find and access what it is that u are looking for???

What is not working with search? I have seen this mention a few times and i have yet to see a real difference between before update and now..I type in what I want to find and it shows up.

The only thing I miss is show all button, where what you clicked on stays open, all else closes, LOVED THAT!, now everything closes even what you had clicked on. But other then that I always find what I search for, just have to use it then before I clear search.

Either search displays all folders including empties or if you use "Show all folders" filter off then when you exit the search it opens every single folder in your inventory and library. They ruined search.

I cannot believe this inventory system, A ton of "nice" features all at the same time but DAMn, everytime i drag a picure for example to another folder in a second window the first one goes all white and then expands opening every one of my folders and i loose focus from where I was, its terrible. the show all folders option is always checked, even if i remove that check it still comes back, this new inventory is soo unwieldly,

I REALLY feel that these new functionalities NEED Testing before you throw it out to us in the community to test, IPleae Lindens, SL is an awesome place but if you arent careful, especially as it gets bigger and more powerful, terrible things are going to happen becasue of code you released without adequate testing.

Osprey Therian, I am sure many of us, including Sara, , are well aware of the preview grid, thank you Mr. Obvious, lol. The point is, it obviously wasn't tested ENOUGH or to the extent that the new feature was supposed to be a convenience, not an inconvenience. Which is what it is right now it seems, an inconvenience that needs to be corrected.
