dear, lol, sorry, i know it's -all- terribly confusing;) but please post in a forum where we can offer our help... the linden forums are locked off from the rest of the population from replying to you. :)

if you can't be with the one who helps - ask the one you're with, lol;) in-world/on-grid, ask the closest resident for help. and if they don't (not uncommon - don't take it personally;), ask someone else.
