Are distilled achievables anything like Jonestown Koolade? Because I think I recognize the taste.

Yep. That's the taste. It's a classic beverage.

This is fucking sick. Torley you've come along way huh. I sincerely hope you don't get left on the tracks when the switch is thrown. What a sell out.

It was Flavor Aid, Jack. Grape Flavor Aid.

Why so it was. (Just checked Wikpeida.) I've also heard of it as "Guyana Punch". (Which has a nice, catchy song to go with it.)

The new use that I've been refering to though seems to be "drinking the corporate koolaid", which in this case seems to be a nice refreshing glass of "distilled achievables".

Hey, I like Torley
08-12-2006 16:51
Torley has always been cool. Even as a Linden. I hope he understands that this contempt we express is not for him, personally, but for the creeping corporatism we fear is eating Linden Lab. I just had a wild thought. Maybe Tor was sending us a *coded message* about how LL is forcing him to drink the corporate KOOL-AID. We assumed that "distilled achievables" was parroted Linden-speak. What if it's really Tor crying for help in a very clever way?

Damn the man, Torley! Bring down the system from the inside!

Thread closed. It's not ok to attack a Linden any more than it is to attack each other. :(
