Hello, I don't know if this is the proper forum or not, but here it goes. I'm building a large craft that uses non-physical movement and I'm planning and a bunch of prims. Some of my friends in SL don't have a lot of free prims left on their property. If I were to land the craft on their property, park and get out how would that effect them? I might push it well over (100 or more) their limit. I was wondering how this will work? Will I get the vehicle back? I'm told that the first thing that they put down will be put back in their inventory. This don't sound right to me. I hope that its not. Does anybody know how this works? Thank you all.

YO ROBIN First thing, if the object is returned, it'll be returned to YOU as you're the owner. If the majority of the object, in particular the root or parent prim (the one that glows yellow on a linkset) is on your land, then no worries there. To get practical experience with this, I'd actually give it a go and see for yourself. You can temporarily lay down big-prim things on land with no prim allocation for that, but I generally wouldn't recommend it. And if land has an autoreturn time, it'll (the boat will) be sent back to you anyway.

What I ment was that I heard the owners prims, the first they put down would be the first to leave when I landed something like this on their land. I really wasn't worried about the vehicle being returned. I just didn't want any of their stuff to leave. I guess that I will have to see what happens when I do it.

O, yes, there IS a known bug involving this. Not sure if it's fixed... I haven't seen it for myself lately. Hopefully someone who has will reply!
