I just now saw the Show Me and Show Destination buttons on the map, what a delight.

Yuppers... along with our additional Z-coord. I think Teleport should be on top tho 'cuz it's used the most. Makes for easier clicking. Altho there's a disturbing charm to showing buttons in descending size.

Yeah! Neat new addition. :) I also like that you can edit the Z axis of landmarks now too :)

The most often clicked buttons belong in the lower right corner as that's where the average mouse cursor typically rests.

Wow, really? Where can I learn more about this?

One word of note - secondlife://x/y/z links do not currently work.

If you shrink the map vertically the "Click/drag to scroll map" and "Zooom" obsure the buttons.

There are several good guides in the linked search results. :)

Hmmm, they work for me. However, they do not bring Second Life to the forefront. (I don't think they have since the advent of 1.7?) Wish they did, would save me an extra click.

They seem to work for me, I have used them several times and they act sort of like they used to, bringing up the map, with the location marked and ready to be reached by clicking the teleport button. It would be better to skip the map part.

I looked through some of these before and I got conflicting answers on other topics (well, it is normal some of Apple's style guidelines and Microsoft's clash), but didn't find a specific reference to where the mouse cursor usually rests.

When you spend your life at a computer, every click counts.

Clicking away the moments of a dull day.

A click saved is a click earned.

Click me baby, click me baby, one more time.

Yes, great additions. Small, but they make a big difference. Now I don't have to scroll my map around to see where I'm TP'ing to :D

I second that.
I also had a bad habit of clicking while trying to scroll to the TP point, which concluded in selecting a random TP point...then I would have to start again.
Yeah...I know, it's silly...but when one is falling asleep at the keyboard...strange things tend to happen. :)

All in all, nice option added.

That happend to me so many times. :( And its even worse, i sometimes just like to look at the map and see where it is busy, while i have a conversation with someone, and then *poof* i'm gone.

I loved these new features. It was a pian to have to scroll over to the new map point. Now it's just a button click.

SL keeps getting better and better :)
