Is it just me or are there other SL residents who could benefit from an in-world email account? It would be nice to have some kind of long-term documentation for important discussions, you know, the kind that warrant having the conversation through email.

Could be a good thing but in the meantime just use the notecard feature. They can be passed back and forth and a running dialoge saved that way. I do it all the time.

Also, a lot of people use gmail. They just create an account like firstname.lastname@gmail.com Actual e-mail inside of SL isn't really necessary, and would be just one more account to get spammed, IMO.
