LMAO IT is some what true then again i have seen some buff guys and hot ladies with guns  and in recognition of the lesbian gun thread no the hot ladies did not look lesbian to me  although that is not to say they were not but they did look hot wearing those big guns. |

I like guns. I get paid to shoot to them in competition. Guns are fun.
I've had people ask to take pictures with me and my guns. I've been filmed by news crews while carrying guns. I don't believe it's because they think I look like shit.
None of the guys or gals I roll with look like shit when they are packing.
(edit) If you ever go to a match, you will quickly learn shooters are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Well alot of the people who use guns in SL, though not the majority, aren't interested in the social side.
I'm in the Alliance Navy, and the head of it, Jim Herbst, is quite proud of his newbie hair and skin, despite our trying to convince him otherwise >.>
Though there are folks who don't like my AV, I personally try to at least work on my AV to avid looking like a big bald armoured fetus, or a lump in a uniform, or like, The Punisher after a burrito.
I thinkits just a matter of priorities, really. But there *are* folks that look good and use a gun. Just usually its the folks that have been around for awhile. Lord knows I ran around with newbie stuff for far longer than I should have. =)
