selling land but keeping objects on it...how??

My husband is selling me his land so he can tier down and go basic, but we want to keep his build, his objects, and all his stuff right where it is and in his ownership. How do we go about the land sale so that all his stuff stays put?

Make a group with him and you in it as officers.
Deed the land to that group , set the items to that group (actually if he wears the grouptag once the land is deeded to the group and pick up an item and drops it again it will be "set to group" but still in his ownership).

Just make sure you are the one donating the land to group and he then pulls his share of land out.
So in the end it would be like this:

- Land is group owned
- You have donated land (tier) as needed to the group so you will pay tier for it
- He has not donated land (tier) for it and as such is able to tier down.


Ummm did that make sense?
