Excuse me if this is a silly question, but am really curious why people put out seasonal clothing when the climate in SL never changes. Sure there is snow sims, tropical sims, etc, but within those sims the climate is static. I specially notice this as I am in the southern hemisphere, so even in RL the seasonal clothing is opposite.

why do people make avatars that look just like them, why do some people wear make up? why do some people have beds/kitchens in there house? in short.. its because to some this is an extension to their RL, to some its a direct representation. To others.. its because this is their secondlife and they can do what they want.

Let's say 2PM, SL time, in EverLite. I'll show you what a SL snow storm is

One pleasant thing about Midnight City traditions is that there've been decorations to go with seasonal changes. I remember last year when winter came 'round, and everyone dressed up in snow gear. And come Halloween, there's gonna be spirit for that too. Altho... seasonal clothing makes sense in a broader picture. For example, bathing suits for swimming pools. More dynamicism is something I'd be thrilled to see, no doubt. Jesrad has some great ideas I'm sure... JES, ICE AGE+MAMMOTH! (Just a thot.)

Hi Jesrad, Thanks for the offer, I would love to see that. But 2pm game time is 7am here, right when I am getting breakfast, and making lunches for the day. Generally I don't get on until about 3-4 pm my time, which is 10-11 pm game time. Maybe we can organise another time? hugs
