Is there a viewable to all Prim Counter?

I have a small parcel of land that I let new players use as their home location and build on it. I ask them to folow a prim limit but most new players dont understand what it means or how to count them well within small objects. What i was considering getting was an object that auto count each person's prim and display it as a floating text. It would be identical to what land owner would see in his statistics but this object would display the info to everyone near it.

So for instance, Joe decorates his house and goes to this object that tells him he has 215 prims on this land. Joe would then remember that his limit is 100 and take stuff away.

Can anyone tell me where to find such an object? I'm sure many apartment owners and vendor renters here can help me with this.

This is a really astute observation, Dukie, one that I find myself now wondering about too. Heck, I'd find this handy just being around in sandboxes. I've not seen one before, but let's see who knows!
