It's Philip Linden! This was one of his "money sink" ideas. He changes the password on people so that he can delete their Linden, and now he's claiming everyone's account was compromised so they won't suspect a thing!
Next week in the Economic Statics section, there'll be a "Stolen Lindens" part. You just watch!

Or it's an insider ploy to cancel the plethora of non-used accounts people won't ever think to set a password for. After maybe three months of notice, one query can wipe out thousands of dormant accounts including several lifers that haven't paid any attention to the project for months or years.

We are all crazy, its just the extent in each of us thats different Im so glad the forums have been kept open while they fix the probs here, all power to them its certainly brightened my weekend up so far with all the postings, and so many posts made before they have even read the forums first for the answers.
