I just created an SL account and my face is this dark brown with a partial beard and unibrow. i can't changed this althought if i change my hair color it changes my face too. Also i am wearing a long sleeve shirt which covers my hands like gloves, and i cant remove or change that either.
Do you know how i could fix these and make my person look normal?

Hi Jay, it's easy to correct, but best done in person. At the top of your screen click on HELP, LIVE HELP and ask them for assistance in fixing your av. Someone will come and help you fix the problem.

Do you know how i could fix these and make my person look normal? Check to see if there is a full moon. THAT might be the problem.
