Just have it send you a new email for resetting your password, and click on the link in that email. Worked for my partner, and he finally got in (once he figured out how he had originally misspelled his security answer).

OK, I had exactly the same thing happen to me, SO I went back to the login page and got it to send me a second email. I followed that link and got another crack at it. Try it again and see how it goes.
