Here.

According to Times of India's Wikipedia entry, "The newspaper today sells 2.6 million copies daily and has an average issue readership in excess of 7 million, which makes it by far the world's largest English Broadsheet Newspaper."

Hmm, is this getting written up in the paper version or just the online version?

Anyways, India simply doesn't have the infrastructure to run SL. The few that do are going to find somewhat more fruitful pastures.

China would be more interesting, as infrastructure wise, they are way ahead of india.
