don't ever, EVER offer to help someone handle their rental properties without using a rental system. that way when they get pissed off at you later, they cannot accuse you of being a liar and a cheat and not paying them all monies owed. of course this should be a no-brainer that one should NEVER volunteer such a thing. but i was stupid...and i wanted to give a note of caution to those out there...don't be dumb like me.

You even refunded a portion of my rent when Foo Island was sold, and that totally surprised me. A lot of mall renters would never have done that. Please let me know if you ever decide to open another mall. I'm not that happy with the replacement site I found. I miss Foo |

Another piece of advice. If you own group land dont give your officers the ability to abandone the land!!! Even on a private estate. Luckily i was a estate manager and could buy it back for 0 linden...
