I've already filed a bug report for this, but so far I've found on My land that setting the group roles to "Always allow 'Create objects'" and then turning off "Create Objects" on the group land, doesn't work. That is, nobody can create any objects, even thought their role is set to specifically allow it.
Has anyone else encountered this?

Nobody else has encountered this? I can't be the only one. I dunno, we did it last night. Set a parcel to group owned and turned off Create Objects, we could still create. _____________________

Created a role for Renters on my land use group, specifically set "Create Object allowed", turned off Parcel object creation, and no one can. Haven't bugged it yet, as I'm at work. |

I've had problems with invites - putting someone in an 'inviters' role which gives them the ability to invite new members, doesn't actually give them this ability. They can send the invite, but when the recipient accepts, they get the error message that the person sending does not have the required group permission to invite. This happens even when the inviter has relogged since being granted invite power. It happens on multiple people - so far no invites are working. I've already bug reported it.
