If you have never owned land before, you can buy "first land", at L$1 per square meter, so L$512 for 512 m^2. That's a lot cheaper than the usual price, but you can only do this once. You will need to get a premium account though. |

Yes, with a premium account you get the land cheap and don't have to pay any tier, meaning it's rent free.

The cheapest is 'free'. Of course, often some bizarre conditions go with that - you may 'pay the rent' in ways far worse than what a few bucks a month would have covered... No bid.

Adam, what they are saying is that if you become a Premium member, and pay for that monthly membership, you can buy 'First Land' for L$1 per M2, up to 512 M, and then aside from maintaining your Premium membership you pay nothing else per month after that. It's not really "Free" since it's paid for as part of your Premium membership, just like your L$400 per week stipend as a Premium member. Beware, however, that most First Land is far from desirable, and the good pieces get scooped up within seconds of being placed for sale. I've shopped for First Land with a friend, and all the parcels we found were terrible - next to laggy clubs, surrounded by ugly builds, or had other probems. I suppose you can on occasion find a decent parcel, buy it for L$512, and turn around and sell it for L$4 to L$5 per M2, to get L$2048 or more back. But I don't personally know anyone who has done so. Some people may let you use part of their land for free. What you must do to obtain that use is between you and them.
