I made a mistake when I signed up for an account here (you don't need the details) and ended up paying a lot more than I needed to..

Thanks to a Linden on the phone, I got the matter resolved in MINUTES. This is something that wasn't resolved in 2 days via e-mail.

I just wanted to post that, because all you ever hear about tech support is how BAD it is. I wanted to post (for once) how GOOD tech support can be.

(and to let you all know that sometimes, a 5 minute phone call can be worth a dozen e-mails floating back and forth).

Good advice on the phone call. Definitely a much better approach. Good to hear support is improving.
