There's so much information available in the game and conversations that we really don't need this forum. We don't need this forum to chit chat, why not start more discussion events in the game instead for people to come in and speak about certain topics of interests? You can debate in the game plus it'll be better because you are surrounded by graphics and an enviroment rather than a dull flat messageboard.
Did you come to Second Life to check out the game or did you come to just post on the forums? Don't say both because you came here for a reason right?

Don't say both? How is it they seem mutually exclusive to you? They sure don't to me.

Though few and far between, LL has made some changes to its updated feature as the result of public outcry by residents on the forums. The banning hight for instance. Would that change have been made if the players were only allowed t o talk among themselves within game?
Despite the fact that the forums also contain lots of chatter, they also do serve valuable functions.

Such an unenlightening post coming from a person who hasn't even been here a month yet, or are you just posting on an alt to be a troll? The forums are very useful in many ways and it's ridiculous to get rid of them.

It truly is sad to see these forums go, as not every newb has an opportunity to work with a mentor in world, or find a Linden to answer their questions in a timely manner. Is this LL's way of trying to force the wallflowers to pick a partner with whom to dance?

Look man, I really respect what you think, but you're one of the 50 out of 500,000 people that play Second Life and think the forums are worthless. They need to stay, its our only way of really communicating
