Yus and there are some questions that've been answered before, so Search button would help in those cases. I guess give it a few days to all flow back... release the pressure!

I've definately been noticing a slowdown in response, and a general lack of response alltogether on many posts to the hotline lately.
Possibly a combination of the rampup to 1.7, and the SLCC festivities have contributed. _____________________

Hotline probably is a misnomer; implies immediate response required/given. I think it's best to consider it a direct line. Doing a search will help you quickly find an answer much of the time.

About every three weeks it'll slow to a crawl for a few days. Watch the cycle and know that if you need an immediate answer during those times, you'll have to IM somebody inworld or call the office.

Personally, I'd much rather see a Linden say, "Ya know, I have NO idea!" then just sweep a valid question under the rug. _____________________
