With all in all going on I felt that it was time to have some fun so with a lil push script the great property resistance made for me off I went. a few hours later I am at 53,300,000 meters and still going up.

What is the celing? Is there one?

I do believe people have gone to the point where the height shows up in negatives.

Must be as a laser - send a beam out and some years (:-D) later it will hit your neck..

Just tried going to the cube launcher thing. It doesn't seem to be working.
I was soooo ready for the launch too. At least I wasn't the only one there typing /1 launch for nothing.

Why do people keep wasting their time going up and up into a world of emptiness?
There is nothing there. Nothing. It goes up to 2 billion meters and then rolls around into the negative... people have done that. Nothing happened :)

I thought it was 2^31 meters.

Just hypothetically... when you pass the maximum height, do you actually move "loop" to below the earth (and arrive back at ground level eventually) or does the height counter just break?

I'm not sure if anyone's ever looped back into the positive again, but it's unlikely you would bump into the ground again since collision detection fails at high (bugged) speeds due to the physics engine's granularity.
