please help me out

My PC is an Emachines T5010 desktop, 2.93Ghz Pentium 4, 512mb ram, 200GB hard drive and the night befor the update i was moveing sweet running walking no lag what so ever and then the update hits me and i was told clear catch, update drivevrs i did it all and yet im still moveing the same way as if that dident help i even followed the no lag note card people have told me many differnt things to do and not a thing has worked if you have any other things i may can try to fix this prob please tell me

I looked up your system and it say it has the Intel Graphics Accelerator 900 if that's the case that is your most like likely your problem
