A neighbor of mine has a scipt that has rain falling onto his property---and a good piece of mine as well, so much that it shows into my house. Should i ask him to move it? OR is he in the right having it where he does?

Ask him to move it. Politely of course. He probably doesn't realise.

Yup, I had a neighbor w/ smoke wafting into my shop, just IM'd him and he was happy to move it.
