Mature sim changes

Hello all,
I noticed a witch hunt style petition going around about ageplay etc.

Here is my advice to lindens on what should happen.

Firstly I am of the opinion that anything fantasy, anything roleplay is allowable. ageplay, killing people, vamiprism, gorean, aslong as it is between Adults, consenting adults.

No one has any right to tell me what kind of roleplay I can do just because they find it sick, if I am roleplaying with a consented adult then it should be fine.

Personally I don't like ageplay, but I will defend other rights to do it because once you go down that road, your likes, my likes, someone won't like it and we end up in a police state.

My advice is the following petition, copy it, to your friends list get people to sign it and then forward to lindens


Dear Lindens
As we now have a teen grin, we would ask that you impliment or re-impliment the following.
1)Age verification in accounts

2)Ability to deny access to people who are age unverified to your sim.

Just like the payment unverified options.

Yes this would make more work for Lindens.

But I own a Mature sim, I do not ever want to be told what I can or can't do on a Mature sim because of someone elses likes or dislikes so give us the tools to protect ourselves.

SL is suposed to be a mature simulation game.

So don't penalize the adult roleplayers, instead do something about stopping non adults getting on the main grid.

Otherwise these witch hunt petitions against anything that the "brick throwers" find disturbing may pick what you do next.


In fantasy roleplay, I can shoot someone, I can kill, I can drink blood, I can turn into a monster, I can destroy, I have in the last 20 year roleplayed with some lovely people, Adults and parents, christian, muslim, pagans and others, We have done things and explored the what ifs, and in adult forums we have explored dark desires safely.

In real life I don't, in real life I would only kill in self defence, in real life I would probably castrate a pedophile or rapist, in real life I help my neighbours I look after my wife and love animals (in a non furry naughty way)
