From: someone Disturbing the Peace Every Resident has a right to live their Second Life. Disrupting scheduled events, repeated transmission of undesired advertising content, the use of repetitive sounds, following or self-spawning items, or other objects that intentionally slow server performance or inhibit another Resident's ability to enjoy Second Life are examples of Disturbing the Peace. Policies and Policing Not acceptable according to community standards. I think having all of your L$ stolen would inhibit your enjoyment of SL quite a bit. It's also an obviously shitty thing to do. Thanks for wasting our time with this thread!

Oh, yes, I think they mean to inform you that only an object owned by a person can send out this person's money. So, you can't even make one such thing. And it's against the ToS.

Actually, it's perfectly legal and happily considered an "ethical" practice in Second Life. They're called Gambling Scripts.

Well, giving objects to people as trojans is fairly straightforward. You could write one probably in about 20 lines of code. Do a search on "RedWings" but think smarter.
