i am planning on selling a big chunk of land (46,000 meters) in blue. anyone have advice on how to go about doing this? sorry if this is a stupid question, but i thought i could get ideas here. how do i figure out how much i should be asking and stuff like that.

Okay seriously, several people have successfully posted in the land sales classified forums and asked for bids on land. Another option is to set the land for sale for eighty-bazillion lindens and name the land "Contact Owner to Place Bid." That'll list it on the map and in FIND while leaving you some bartering space.
