I was going through my inventory last night trying to get it sorted, this seems a never ending job. I know there are items on the market to help but i had in my items a catalog vendor for a shop and thought mmm what if i could have something like this in my folder. The idea would be i could store items in it and rez it when i wanted to go through it. I would see a picture of the item and know just what i was getting out. I would then just click on the item and could wear it. Is this possible? I would get them to sort out my things then i would have a less messy inventory

You'd have to take snapshots of most of your inventory and upload them (lots of L$ spent there to organize stuff) and you'd have to rez the 'vendor' and flip through it until you found what you wanted, instead of just being able to type it into search. Honestly what we really need is an inventory management system that doesn't suck. Even just having the folders in a seperate side-pane like every file manager in existance offers would be a huge improvement as far as I'm concerned.

Many of the clothing i have has a texture that can be taken from the box and stored in the clothing folder. Therefor there is no need to take lots of pics of outfits. Typing into the search is good as long as you can remember the name of the outfit but what i mean is if i want shorts and i search shorts, i have helps and need to look at them. THis way i would see a pic and then not have to put on the clothing wait till it rezzes then on to the next one
