That doesn't look like actual shiny—more like a classic texture.

But everything on my computer runs as fast as a PowerPoint slideshow, and it crashes if some idiot with too much bling comes too close to me. I tend to hang around the new sims where there's no flashing textures and complex prim-heavy buildings.

Are you in Natoma? Yes that was taken in Natoma on that big "thing" built by Alberto Linden. And Torley is right as usual, this object isn't shiny it is just the way the texture looks.  _____________________
