But how many questions must they get ANYWAY asking how to get things out of a box? And if LiveHelp can't help and you need a Linden, its probably the easiest way to find which ones on duty without IMing the online ones one by one..

They probably get alot, I am in no way ignoring or denying the fact that they are more than likely swamped and have "better" things to do..
my point is, thier profile messages seem to be like a "dont bother me" and if thats the case they shouldnt appear online to us nobodys..

Well... We've both been in SL long enough to know whether we need LiveHelp or a Linden, so they shouldn't put you off if you need a Linden..

However I should think they do put off new residents to a certain extent, and as a new resident I should say 95% of their problems can be solved by LiveHelp.. And if they can't, a LiveHelp member will put them onto a Linden, which'll mean rather than contacting one out of the blue (which I suspect can be pretty daunting for a new resident, it was for me anyway) they're being TOLD they need one to resolve the problem they have..
