I won a plot in the Winter Festival lottery. Instructions say I have to Buy the land for $0, 256n sm. Buying land will put me over my tier, does anyone know if I will be charged for this? I asked Nova Linden but have not recieved a response.

Sorry, I've been crazy busy both RL and in world this week already ArchTx. I've asked Jeska to please contact the billing folks so that anyone who would be put over tier won't be improperly charged. If worse comes to worse and you are charged, contact me after the billing period for your month is over and I will personally get in touch with them to have you reimbursed.

I can't buy because I'm not a premium member. The rules Jeska posted specifically said that you didn't have to be a premium member to participate.
