I noticed when I checked my account just a few minutes ago, that I was double charged on my directory fee. One charge was at the time of the stipend, the other was at 2006-08-22 19:36:15. I noticed Beryl Greenacre already posted the question in the Second Life Answers, so I thought I'd post about it here and see who else was effected.
And how the heck do you bug report this?! Does it fall under Stipend in game or something else? Bleh.

I experienced the same thing. I am guessing it is system wide. Its not a large amount of L$s but I hope it doesn't get lost in the shuffle of the update scheduled.
