Yes, we've looked at the page that tells what various login errors mean, and -- unless falsely accused -- she has not been guilty of any of the listed offenses.

Using an exploit in code doesn't make it legal - in fact, quite the opposite. Any attorney who wasn't an ambulance chaser in a metropolitan area with more attorneys per capita than anywhere else in the world (Philadelphia) would know that.

The subject of this thread is absurd. LL's primary incoming is from land owners - you know, the honest kind. If something is amiss, call Linden Lab.

That's what makes this situation so strange. The land we currently hold was paid for via PayPal, using earnings from jobs she has recently collected on. It doesn't get any more honest than that...

Please see the note at the bottom of the original post. This thread was not created out of anger, or to make accusations against LL. I'm legitimately trying to figure out what we're doing to warrant these actions.

I'd call them, then - but if she's using the same exploit that attorney who's suing them is, then she's the one who's closer to breaking law than anything LL did.

We have tried calling, but have yet to receive an answer on the other side of the phone.

The "exploit" that was initially used has not been used since that incident. The land we now own was purchased at full price, and we have spoken one-on-one with the seller, who is very happy with the purchase price.

In fact, the seller still holds 16 sq m of land on our plot, which he uses as an advertisement spot.

Under no circumstances will Linden discuss issues concerning one RL Human's accounts(s) with another RL Human.

Make sure that it is the person who owns the acount that is being sanctioned that is actually calling LL. If you or a friend is calling on behalf of someone else, you most likely wont get anywhere.

That said, if land was initially purchased using an exploit, Linden considers that a TOS violation and bannable offence. It sounds like it may be more complicated than that, however.

Yes, she has been contacting them directly.

As for the exploit they spoke of, she was unaware that the purchase method was considered one, and has not used that method since the first incident.

I realize that this thread may well be misinterpreted by any of LL's staff.
