Nice catch by rhymey simulatah observationist Iam Samiam in the SLLM Forum just a few min. ago. He spotted this. Can more fun names on the mainland be far away? Will my Second Lifelong dream of having one called "Rza" and adjacent ones named after members of the Wu-Tang ever be realized? (Gza, OlDirty, Ghostface, and Cappadonna, to name four.) What are some mainland simRegion names you'd like to see? Aaaand... when are the moth-related names in Atoll gonna run out? (Some very kewl ones like Webworm tho.) READY_SET_GO!!!

ZZ-BOING with its singsongey rhymechime and hyphenated spark... and BLOXIOUSNESS which sounds like a sickness to end all jagged edges! What if newly-purchased mainland sims could be renamed before parcelling and resellation? THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MOMENTAL MOMENT!

Imagine a region named for some super-long word, like antidisestablishmentarianism, or supercalifla--whatever the crap it is. x.x

You should go to Wu-Tang fan sites and see if you could raise the money from fans to build a private island with Wu-Tang stuff all over it. Market it as the ultimate 3D fansite.

Hmmm... 'tis a fine idea... I would need the blessing of the Abbot, his disciples and all the Killa Beez, not to mention the Deadly Venoms, Sunz Of Man, Wu-Syndicate, Ol' Dirty's ghost, and their lawyers. One small step at a time. I figure it's not long before SL appears on BET or something. And then Rza will be chillin' out at home, gonna watch some kung-fu flicks and then he sees "Your World. Your Imagination." on the screen. Maaan when that day comes, I've gotta reference this post. 2086! 2087!

As has been noticed, regions are often named in themes... for example, San Francisco streets, colors, and pioneering Resis of Teen Second Life. More history on this is here. It seems like the biggest group so far are the Heterocera Atoll ones up north, as they appear to all be named after moths and there's... uh... a lot of 'em. Elaborating on what I was originally wondering, what sorts of themes for future blocks of sims would YOU like to see?
