Land Sales Ad Abuse: What can be done?

I believe the land sales ads are being abused. There are too many listings for very small pieces at outrages prices. Of the 56 highest priced per meter listings (16m for 999,999,999) 52 are by just two people. If we allow this kind of free advertising to continue, it will only make it harder for those for us who really want to buy and sell land. With the closing of the classified I can see this getting worse, it need to be stopped before it clogs the whole works up.
So I’m looking for ideas on how to handle this situation, or is this really ok? Just because it can be done should we do it? Should it be prohibited? Or is it really ok?
And just friendly warning, from experience, don’t try rating them negatively and telling them you think they are wrong. They will show up on your doorstep and negatively rate you and your friends.

Just filter the land sales for 999,999,998 or less.

Then you solve your problem and we don't have to have a meeting about it.

From your mouth to God's ear . . . oh wait, they'd be rich then. But that's ok, they could then afford to pay for advertising, under the classified listing, where it belongs, instead of scamming free space. I'm sure we'll see more of this behavior now that the classified forms are closing.

Please, when you have a little downtime, go find one of these plots and AR them. Together we can eradicate this nonsense.

Ah, that's useful to know. I'm reluctant to file a lot of ARs normally because some poor soul has to deal with them, but in this case I'm ready for the hunt :D
