Funny Secondlife

Since being here I have seen many funny things.

Like walking out of a shop one night in a quiet spot to see a yellow female
person, with both breasts on the ground, making them larger.

A giant winged horse on a dunny [toilet] in the sandbox.

And the odd bizzare glitch which I had last night where I lost gravity and was floating
higher and higher into the sky... a friend bumped me and that stopped it for a moment.

But I aimed at things and did a sit command, which held me down.

On re-booting today, I found I still had it, but a change of avatar fixed it.

Yes there are scripts which are funny, but it's the stuff which just happens which
I'm most amused with.

OOO...I've had the "lack of gravity" effect happen to me too. It's usually when you have two flight enhancers (like one built into an Avatar radar and the Multigadget) running at the same time, they conflict.

I found myself floating a couple of nights ago with no such things on.

Occasionally (rarely) my avatar and others have bent over double at the waist, with the head down by the knees, sometimes the head is upside down and sometimes it is upright. This lasts 4 or 5 seconds and returns to normal.

Another one I have not seen for long while, the head is on backwards, like in the Excorcist.

Frequently peoples clothing and attachments will rezz slowly so they are walking around naked for awhile with clit attchments and genital jewelery proudly displayed.

Occasionally some guy will teleport in with is cock attachment set to show, fully dressed but not aware he has his attachment turned on (literally). I have seen this with clit attachments too.

I see feet/legs twitching alot. And often see an avatars head shake back and forth l like its having spasms.

You all who have suddenly found themselves floating... you might want to go over to SLEX. I noticed a new griefer weapon for sale that does exactly what you describe. It's called Drift. Fortunately movelocks seem to stop it.

Why did i post this publicly? Because it's been out for a little over a month and the griefers already know about it. It's time that the innocent learned about it, so they can take steps to stop it.

I bought a bubble wand from Dr P.... was having a real blast showing it off to all my friends (pretty colors!). One of my friends made me LOL in RL so I typed in "lmao" which I commonly forget triggers a serious bout of laughter from my AV. As she was rofling around my bubbles were still blowing.. out of my arse apparently!

Its now one of my favorite tricks! Very amusing to see a cute redhead shooting multi-colored bubbles out her bum from laughing too hard

I've seen this happen to others where it required a re-log to fix, and also had it happen to me, 'cept I was folding, then standing straight up, then folding, then straight...each pose lasted less than a second, so it looked like I was doing some weird folding dance




Had my right leg freeze on a 45 degree angle to the rest of my body last night, and the head shaking has been getting worse lately...must be too much coffee

Sometimes a persons head goes all jittery, which reminds me of Max Headroom
in a stutter [is there a Max Headroom AV out there somewhere?].

I don't think the floating was caused by a griefer, in this case, we have this lightball
on out land which came with a stack of freebies... it's rather pretty so we used it.

As it turns out, you can ride on it and the whole world goes upside down and spins
like some crazy rollercoaster ride.

We were all floating on this ball, having this psychedelic experience, man.
when I hopped off and the floating started, so i assume it was just a bug.

Hows this though... a friend has built a house [she's on dialup so it's quite amazing
that she has managed all of this, yes... SL does *barely* work on dialup].

And she has a smaller place in which she intends to sell her items.

The place is empty right now, but just as a prank, I decided to fill it with a freebie
item known as the surprising toilet.

This was nice, it now resembled a fine public lav, sans cubicles.

This was my biggest prank to date, as I would often leave amusing things around
her home.

So, today I login and visit friends and then go back to the pub which I'm making...
and found it filled with an item called "Boinkable bigger plush" a sort of "luv ewe"
for canines.

it's like the prank where people "cup" your home, by filling the floor with foam cups.
except in this case I'd been "pupped".

So I returned them all to their former owner who will probably have to have a sale now

The Lindens haven't been paying their gravity bill.

I used to have the bend over double at the waist head by the knees thing fairly often, but I haven't had it in ages.

This the other night was suddenly floating in place, flailing in the air.

yeah, I remember the bend in half thing as well - generally I only float up when I'm hit with loads of lag, and then it'll stop after a bit and I'll fly back down (If i didn't manage to sit on something first) - and yeah. the headshaking.. moving around seems to fix it okay..

I had a reverse gravity attack last night too. Oddly, it only happened after using one of my teleporters.

Thankfully, my skybox workshop stopped me flying right up into space. Hurt my head when I hit it though. Owie. >.<
