My next tier due date marches ever closer, I have to sell off a bunch to get to a reasonable level. But hundreds of potential land buyers will be locked out for who knows how long. And those stores you are paying all that tier or rent for? Don't look for a lot of traffic over the weekend when online activity is usually at its highest.
Does LL care? Probably. They are human and have souls. But will they do anything? No past actions give me any confidence that they will.
