I have called LL several times over the past year, left my info includeing phone # and have yet to get a return call from them as promised. I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten a return call from them? I would have made a poll but couldnt figure out how, would be interesting to see the %  |

I have never recieved a callback from *any* company. Though I haven't had to call LL yet. But if I ever cal;l a company's support and I'm told to leave a number where they can reach you, I do, just in case, but I consider it a dead-end and try again another time.
