Very frustrated with lack of support from Linden Labs

I'm trying to calm down, but I'm absolutely fuming.

My main character has been "disabled" for over a month now and I can't get any information from LL on what I did to deserve my account being disabled.

I never received any email on what happened, just one day I couldn't log in and that was that.

I've sent many emails to support and they say the problem has been fixed when it hasn't. My account IS STILL DISABLED.

I've tried to call LL countless times (during business hours, of course) and can never get through.

What the heck is going on here? I don't appreciate being banned or disabled or whatever it is for absolutely no reason. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm beyond frustrated with the lack of support I've been given on this issue. I'd say forget it if I didn't have money on my account I'd like to have credited to my CC.

Have you tried to call them? That's what I'd suggest. And when you 'can't get through' - what do you mean? I have always gotten hold of somebody.

And I really like your name, btw :)

Keep calling until you do get through. That's how I got my count unsuspended. Once I had someone on the phone, it took less than 2 minutes to get the job done. Redial is your friend!

As of tomorrow, your forum account will be disabled, too.

Oh wait, so will everyone's.

Nevermind. :D

Yes, I've been trying to call them for weeks -- on both numbers -- and can't get through. I'm always redirected to some lady on a recording telling me to try the alternate number. I've even tried the other lines for billing, etc.

I guess that's why I'm so fuming. It's not fun sitting on the phone for hours redialing a number to hear the same recording over and over.

Email support sure hasn't helped either, so I think I've just about given up on it.

Have you tried calling the California number? As far as I know, no one ever answers the toll-free numbers, but they will answer the California number.

I've gotten through twice in the past two days, once on the 800 number, once on the 877 number. They are there -- and they do help! (Woot woot, thanks Fritz and Cyn!)

Keep dialing and don't give up if you're put on hold.
