Lost Inventory

A friend of mine has two avatars. When she logged into her alternate she found that here inventory was empty. She has not disclosed her password. I don't think anyone has hacked into her account as her L$ balance was untouched.

Has anyone heard of this happening? Any ideas on what to do?

did she try searching the inv for anything? just one letter will do, I know sometimes before I search for something my inv doesnt propagate everything

Clear your cache (Preferences, network tab). Then re-log. This often clears that up.
