Looks like we have a glut of uninformed opinions today, many of them surrounding the downtime but many of them also branching off into policy worlds. This would be okay for new folks, but I'm stunned at the response by what should be seasoned residents.

No matter. Let's all share our uninformed opinions about SL and all of its ills in this thread. It shall be entertainment!

I will start us off.

Linden Lab obviously doesn't know what it's doing. They need to get off their tushes and work today instead of letting the computers break themselves. You'd think they'd know how to make the computers run properly after all this time. Obviously it can't be that hard. It only takes my computer twenty seconds to start up. Why does it take LL six hours? They only have a few more computers than I do!

Ah. That wasn't so hard! Your turns, folks!

Furthermore, as Second Life goes to the Metaverse, and this becomes an open platform, Linden Lab risks lawsuit in court and [attachment culling] will, I repeat WILL be reverse in court.

Warning to newer users: don't worry, it's not important.

Your so called 'uninformed opinions' are a fresh and very welcomed change from the so called 'informed' ones.
